My pick of the bunch is 'Silent Phase - (The Theory Of)', an Alias by Stacey Pullen. Extremely high quality underground electronic music. He was quoted saying:

"I lived in Europe around the time 'Silent Phase - (The Theory Of)' was conceived, and I had plenty of European influences on that album. But at the same time, I was teaching the Europeans about Detroit's worldwide influence."
