Refund and Returns Policy

SECTION 1 - EXPENSE OF RETURNS
Shipping return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If purchasing using Paypal, please activate 'Free Paypal Returns' before placing an order, for return costs to be covered by Paypal. Further information can be found at the bottom of this page.
SECTION 2 - RETURN TIMEFRAME
We accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit note or full refund. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the item/s in question, all items must have no further wear or tear and fall within the same grading category we initially determined. If additional damage has occurred, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or credit note, or alternatively, issue a partial refund.
SECTION 3 - APPROVED REASONS FOR REFUND
We provide refunds for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect disc within sleeve (no return required)
2. Missing disc (no return required)
3. Catalog number incorrectly stated (returns and return cost to be covered by us)
*no return required* You will receive a refund, processed within 3-5 business days, and you will get to keep the item in question. No returns necessary.
SECTION 4 - IMPERMISSIBLE REASONS FOR REFUND
We do not provide refunds due to displeasure in condition. It is understood that we sell second hand vinyl records, of which can be unpredictable when played. We do our best to listen to our products upon request, as well as sending hi-res sleeve images. For records below VG, please contact us for further information to ensure confidence in your purchase.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS PROCEDURE

DOWNLOAD RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND INSTRUCTIONS
We advise using Australia Post stick-on labels, available at Australia Post outlets, or download our own below. Instructions on how to post returns are also included in this PDF.
SECTION 6 - REFUND AND CREDIT PROCESSING
If you have been approved for a refund, you will receive an email notification of refund, and funds will be returned between 3 and 5 business days.
If you have been approved for a credit note, you will receive a code/gift card via email to use, with no expiry date.

Pay with your PayPal account and PayPal can refund your return shipping costs.
