In some cases, the title of a record may be flagged for investigation by Paypal. Eg. John Lee "Hooker". Paypal will delay the processing of the payment, and postage will be held until cleared.

Yes, we send a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking number is not correct, there has been a processing error on our end, please contact us to verify the tracking number. You will then be able to follow your order with the link provided in this email.

If there has been no response from us after purchase, it may be due to an incorrect email address submitted in checkout.
We also find that POP3 email servers with built in spam filters sometimes reject our emails. In such cases we will attempt to contact you through your phone number, if provided. If you haven't provided a phone number, be aware that this may have occurred and please contact us. In any case, we will fulfil your order in 1-2 business days.
When waiting for your records to arrive via post, please allow a minimum of 10 business days on domestic orders before inquiring. Our order fulfilment email includes Australia Post tracking information which can assist you in locating your package.

In the case of lost parcels, for reasons such as incorrect information given, we file a request with Auspost. In most cases parcels can be intercepted and redirected at many of the sorting facilities around Australia. Auspost respond to requests within two business days.
We are renowned for our world class vinyl record shipping, adapted from techniques developed in Japan.
Our packaging is high quality custom made cardboard as seen below. Extra padding and wrapping is used where appropriate and edges are sealed to avoid water damage. We're on a 100% success rate with postage, we've never delivered a damaged record or lost a package in the last five years. Touch wood!
In most cases, excluding some 12" singles, records will be delivered employing a technique used to protect the integrity of the vinyl record sleeve. The vinyl and inner sleeve will be transported outside of the outer sleeve/cover, this is to minimise potential seam splitting during transport.
There are certain errors that can be made during the listing and selling of our records online that can result in orders unable to be fulfilled. A record may have been incorrectly listed twice, sold privately and not delisted, listed as the wrong price or matched with the wrong images. In such case, we will refund the cost of the record instantly, with the money arriving back into your account between three and five working days. We're working hard to minimise this every day and ask for your trust and understanding.
A 'CAT#' is short for Catalog number, or pressing, and it gives an indication of which copy we have listed on our website. Discogs.com is the worlds largest catalog of music on the internet and can be used to identify different versions available today.
