HANDLING
Orders received will be dispatched within 2 business days, in most cases 1 business day – pending credit verification.
We use the Australia Post standard mailing system, which can reach anywhere in Australia and uses carbon neutral methods to manage emissions from operations where possible. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. These times can be greater for zone 3 (country) areas.

Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $50.00.
Orders under $50.00 will be charged a shipping fee dependant on weight:
Standard Shipping (3 - 7 Business Days)
- 0 - 500g (1 Record) - $6
- 500g to 1kg (2 - 3 Records) - $8.50
- 1kg to 3kg (3 to 10 Records) - $11.50
- 3kg to 5kg (Over 10 Records) - $13.50
Express Shipping (1 - 3 Business Days)
- 0 - 500g (1 Record) - $10
- 500g to 1kg (2 - 3 Records) - $14
- 1kg to 3kg (3 to 10 Records) - $17.50
- 3kg to 5kg (Over 10 Records) - $22
TRACKING & COMMUNICATION
We send a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking number is not correct, there has been a processing error on our end, please contact us to verify the tracking number. You will then be able to follow your order with the link provided in this email.
If there has been no response from us after purchase, it may be due to an incorrect email address submitted in checkout.
We also find that POP3 email servers with built in spam filters sometimes reject our emails. In such cases we will attempt to contact you through your phone number, if provided. If you haven't provided a phone number, be aware that this may have occurred and please contact us. In any case, we will fulfil your order in 1-2 business days.
When waiting for your records to arrive via post, please allow a minimum of 5 business days on domestic orders before inquiring.
In the case of lost parcels, for reasons such as incorrect information given, we file a request with Auspost. In most cases parcels can be intercepted and redirected at many of the sorting facilities around Australia. Auspost respond to requests within two business days.
PACKAGING
Our packaging is high quality custom made cardboard boxes as seen below. We're on a 100% success rate with postage, we've never delivered a damaged record or lost a package in the last five years. Touch wood!
SLEEVE PROTECTION
In some cases it may be deemed necessary for records to be delivered employing a technique used to protect the integrity of the vinyl record sleeve. The vinyl and inner sleeve will be transported outside of the outer sleeve/cover, this is to minimise potential seam splitting during transport. This technique can be requested at any time via our communication channels.
WEBSITE LISTING ERRORS
There are certain errors that can be made during the listing and selling of our records online that can result in orders unable to be fulfilled. A record may have been incorrectly listed twice, sold privately and not delisted, listed as the wrong price or matched with the wrong images. In such case, we will refund the cost of the record instantly, with the money arriving back into your account between three and five working days. We're working hard to minimise this every day and ask for your trust and understanding.
