In some cases it may be deemed necessary for records to be delivered employing a technique used to protect the integrity of the vinyl record sleeve. The vinyl and inner sleeve will be transported outside of the outer sleeve/cover, this is to minimise potential seam splitting during transport. This technique can be requested at any time via our communication channels at no additional charge.
We use the AusPost
standard mailing system which can reach anywhere in Australia and use carbon neutral methods to manage emissions from operations where possible.
Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $50.00.
Orders under $50.00 will be charged a shipping fee dependant on weight:
- Up to 300g (1 Record) - $8
- 300g to 600g (2 Records) - $10
- 600g and up (3 Records) - $12

TRACKING & COMMUNICATION
We send a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking number is not correct, there has been a processing error on our end, please contact us to verify the tracking number. You will then be able to follow your order with the link provided in this email.
If there has been no response from us after purchase, it may be due to an incorrect email address submitted in checkout.
When waiting for your records to arrive via post, please allow 5 business days on domestic orders before inquiry.
WEBSITE LISTING ERRORS
There are certain errors that can be made during the listing and selling of our records online that can result in orders unable to be fulfilled. A record may have been incorrectly listed twice, sold privately and not delisted, listed as the wrong price or matched with the wrong images. In such case, we will refund the cost of the record instantly, with the money arriving back into your account between three and five working days. We're working hard to minimise this every day and ask for your trust and understanding.
