SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 - HANDLING
Orders received will be dispatched within 2 working days – pending credit verification. In some cases, the title of a record may be flagged for investigation by Paypal. Eg. John Lee "Hooker". Paypal will delay the processing of the payment, and postage will be held until cleared.
SECTION 2 - PACKAGING
We are renowned for our world class vinyl record shipping, adapted from techniques developed in Japan.
Our packaging is high quality custom made cardboard as seen below. Extra padding and wrapping is used where appropriate and edges are sealed to avoid water damage. We're on a 100% success rate with postage, we've never delivered a damaged record or lost a package in the last five years. Touch wood!

SECTION 3 - SLEEVE PROTECTION
In most cases, excluding some 12" singles, records will be delivered employing a technique used to protect the integrity of the vinyl record sleeve. The vinyl and inner sleeve will be transported outside of the outer sleeve/cover, this is to minimise potential seam splitting during transport.
SECTION 4 - AUSTRALIA POST
We use the Australia Post standard mailing system which can reach anywhere in Australia and uses carbon neutral methods to manage emissions from operations, where possible.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING COST
Free premium shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $50.00.
Orders under $50.00 will be charged a shipping fee based on weight:
Premium Shipping (5 - 10 business days)

- 500g to 1kg (2 to 3 Records) - $8.50
- 1kg to 3kg (4 to 10 Records) - $11.50
- 3kg to 5kg (Over 10 Records) - $13.50
Express Shipping (1 - 3 business bays)
Highest quality controlled packing to withstand travel.
- 0 - 500g (1 record) - $10
- 500g to 1kg (2 to 3 Records) - $14.00
- 1kg to 3kg (4 to 10 Records) - $17.50
- 3kg to 5kg (Over 10 Records) - $22
SECTION 6 - TRACKING & COMMUNICATION
We send a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking number is not correct, there has been a processing error on our end, please contact us to verify the tracking number. You will then be able to follow your order with the link provided in this email.
If there has been no response from us after purchase, it may be due to an incorrect email address submitted in checkout.
When waiting for your records to arrive via post, please allow 5 business days on domestic orders before inquiry.
SECTION 6 - WEBSITE LISTING ERRORS
There are certain errors that can be made during the listing and selling of our records online that can result in orders unable to be fulfilled. A record may have been incorrectly listed twice, sold privately and not delisted, listed as the wrong price or matched with the wrong images. In such case, we will refund the cost of the record instantly, with the money arriving back into your account between three and five working days. We're working hard to minimise this every day and ask for your trust and understanding.
SECTION 7 - RETURN TO SENDER
We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses stated within an order. Please be wary of 'autofill' features, we will print the exact address you provide. Packages may be delivered and lost at incorrect addresses, or returned to us. In such cases where your package is returned to us, we will get in contact with you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs will quoted using exact Australia Post rates based on the weight of your parcel, and paid by the customer.
